If you’re scheduled for a wash but are unable to make it, you can request a reschedule from your Member Profile. We’ll do our very best to accommodate your preferred reschedule date.

If there’s no technician available, we’ll offer some alternative dates that hopefully fit your schedule.

If you’re expecting to receive a wash and it doesn’t occur, it's likely that your technician was unable to locate your vehicle and/or there was incorrect information on your profile. We’re sorry if this is the case! Please reach out to us! We’ll get things corrected and reschedule you ASAP.
